We are partnering with Upworthy to find and share the best stories!
The Taco Bell Foundation’s Community Grants program supports over 450 nonprofit organizations serving youth across the nation. Together, we’ve worked hard to empower young people in our communities to boldly pursue their educational goals and passions. Their stories are powerful and worth telling.
We invite our franchisees and nonprofit partners to share stories, photos, and videos on the Community Grants Story Hub! We want to tell more stories about how Taco Bell franchisees are engaging with our grantees, the incredible impact our nonprofit partners make, and the amazing stories of the young people that our nonprofit partners serve with the help of Community Grants.
The Taco Bell Foundation breaks down barriers to educate and inspire the next generation of America’s leaders. Since 1992, we have reached more than 5 million young people across the country and awarded more than $155 million in Live Más Scholarships and grants to youth-serving nonprofit organizations focused on education and career readiness.
Here are some helpful tips!
- Pictures and videos will help illustrate your story better. Think: pictures of people in action, check presentations, or youth showcasing their talents or how they give back.
- Get specific where you can, answering: “How was the grant money used?” if you are a nonprofit partner or “How did you engage with your local organizations?” if you are a franchisee.
- What was the impact of this work? What was the impact of the relationships built?
- Personal stories are impactful. Do you have any testimonials or quotes from the young people that you engage with?
